Was interested to see what the former Waterfall Park would look like and was pleasantly surprised by welll kept gardens and a well set up 'village'. Culture is sadly lacking in Queenstown but these guys are well on their way. We felt very welcome and felt comfortable. Was a fun evening of singing and dancing and actually felt a part of the family which made it a personal experience as opposed to being touristy. My only complaints are that they should explain more about the 'hangi' food as I heard a couple of moaning americans complaining, its simple but flavoursome food and that needs to be pointed out so that tourists don't go away complaing about the lack of fine cuisine! Also while we were watching the performances some drinks would have been appreciated and they would make a rather good profit I would imagine if they served drinks at this time??? Otherwise a most enjoyable evening was had.
