I liked this restaurant. Where else can you find a good quiet meal in the middle of the CBD on a Saturday night - a place where eight of us could carry on conversations without raising our voices!
The food was good too. I particularly liked the lamb cutlets with vegetables. and I was able to have my coffee, cheese and cognac at the conclusion of the meal, though I did have to point out the location the solitary bottle of cognac! The service was prompt, helpful and polite.

It is not what I would call an "intimate" restaurant, but are there any such restaurants in the Auckland CBD on a Saturday night?

There is a new form of spam around. People posting interesting comments on forums around the world, and actually having no interest in the answer. I have deleted two others of his posts but left this one here since it had been replied to.
