I always hate to use the word ‘harsh’ in anything but this horribly maintained restaurant has lost one of its customers.

Either they were having a bad day or the service was just SLACK!

I shall list many things they did wrong:

• Mucking up orders
• Food already made
• Toilets unattended to ( not very nice )
• Serving meals spontaneously without waiting for others to be served
• Leaving food and drinks until they were cold.
• Slow Service
• Not enough servers on the floor.

I had also noticed that people who had arrived after my family were being served before us.

We felt invisible as servers were walking past us, we hadn’t even ordered drinks, and as we were sitting there a whole bottle of water had faded into a droplet.

I can not complain about the food more of the service but the chips were cold and my pan-fried fish and chips had turned into couscous and fish marinated in spice and the chips my father had ordered didn’t even turn up and they still charged us for them.
Also the pizza had turned up after every one had finished so while my mother and myself were sitting around waiting for him to finish.


I recommend to everyone that they stay away from this restaurant and do not get as appalled as my family did expecting a lovely meal to have it turn into a nightmare.
