Nishiki is always very busy so its best to book. They have a large selection of dishes at a reasonable cost. Orders are taken promptly dishes arrive in no particular order and just when you think you've had the last one out comes another. When communicating with the staff its best to point and sign as English isn't a strong point. If you are planning to sit outside in summer, I suggest you don’t go for the outside table at the Wellington street end of the restaurant. You'll be sitting right next to the bins.. on a hot day.. um not so nice. A little more time could be spent cleaning, but judge for yourself, on the whole it’s a good place to go with friends.
