Excellent service re booking of resturant from your site !!!

When we got to the resturant there was no mention of a reservation we were simply taken to a table , made me think that they were very well informed lol but due to the fact i gave them our surname on the way to the table and said we had made a reservation there was still no acknoledgement, once the meal was finshed there was no offer re the deal advertised on your web site of the 10% discount !!

We were impressed with the food and service except for this above issue as i feel that there should of been some sort of referance made re the booking.
Once again appreciate your excellent level of service re the booking.

Thanks for your comments Craig. I like having feedback about the restaurants.

I have now phoned Khalid of Milanos and hopefully your feedback will be the catalyst of him paying better attention to the special deal aspect.

He should be very aware of Time2Dine - I ran a special promotion for him several weeks ago!
