I let the kids talk me into a fast fried meal, disaster, the food was very average but the service was dreadfull, I have dined at other Denny's and CHC is by far my worst experience.

I have had a number of other reviews of Denny's around NZ. The reviews often seem negative, especially service aspects.

Sounds like as a chain, they need some real effort in this area.

Its all very well having low paid staff, but McDonalds seem to have staff moral pretty sorted IMO - training, motivation, pay, ... So somethings possible somehow.

How do you think things could be improved?
