I thought the food and service here were terrible, we did not get told there were options for what we had for breakfast, the girl just gave us what she felt, not to mention VERY rude, the Eggs were watery the bacon tasted off, the sausages looked like food not fit for animals, the only half decent food was the hasbrowns and orange juice, you defniatley get what you pay for here.....if even that was very dissapointed and suggest the oxford on Avon should get new food suppliers, and new staff!.

im not sure what the heck this restaurant is trying to acheive but i have been there about 3 times over the last 2 years and it just gets worse! It has potential, but lacks the good management! The staff need more training first off. The manager needs more training and the staff need to realise the customer is paying there wages! Sad cause my fiancee wanted to have our wedding reception their, but hell no!! how embarrasing that would be! better service at Mcdonalds! (except madras Mcdonalds)

My honest opinion about this restaurant is that if you eat something you will end up very sick if not hospitalized. My partner and I dinned here after seeing it advertised on the tourist channel in our hotel. When we walked in and paid we could not see the food or the lack of people. The buffet comprised of food that looked old to me including a handful of stale chips, stale bread rolls fried rice that I think was made from a packet of frozen vegetables, a fish carcass and some other dishes that had been out so long that it had a layer of fat sitting on top. I think it is only able to stay open because tourists get tricked into going. When I talked to a waiter about it we got half our money back and left. This ‘restaurant’ is good for a laugh but that’s about it.
