Default "Outstanding" does not say it enough
My wife and I had the 5-course degustation at Pescatore a couple of weeks back. From appetiser to dessert it was a fabulous experience. Very thoughtful food with sublime flavours.

Highlights:

  1. The garlic tiger prawns on a blue flour quesadilla with an avocado and thyme relish and thyme vinaigrette. First class dish (see the pic below) and my favourite of the night.
  2. The sauteed mushrooms in a porcini wafer (see pic also) with a corn tamale.
The service was extremely attentive although the waiter was unsure of where the lamb they served (which was exquisite) came from. That's being picky though ...

Highly recommended!
