| Sorry, service not great
The service that I experienced was not to standard, I feel strongly enough to post this in this forum. The food is fantastic, but the service was poor, something that needs to be worked on by all staff at this cafe.

We had lunch here and would agree - the guy taking orders wasn't exactly happy smiley... a Half size milkshake seemed too much trouble?? But for us too the food was fantastic. Fish and chips were great, mussell fritters were "awesome" and chips hot and crispy. We also liked that we got dressing, tartare sauce and tomato sauce on the side. Coffee was good, and not stingy on the hot water in the teapot either. If the cranky bloke had a good sleep before he came to work, this place would be outstanding for a country cafe.
