We went to this restaurant on Christmas day and had a very good meal. Unfortunately they charged us twice on my visa card and despite a visit back, numerous phone calls, and emails they have yet to refund me the money. Their finanace manager even had the cheek to ring me and tell me I was mistaken!!! I would never go to this establishment again as a result of this appalling service and would recommend that anyone who does keeps their credit card firmly in there pocket.
