Copa is a lounge/coctail bar that is definitive in it's taste for decor and music. In a town with many bars doing to much in an effort to get you on their premises Copa puts its effort into looking after the customer when they actually arrive. Jamie (owner/operator) has a intimate knowledge of coctail making and is worthy of title Mixoligist with his many awards and excellent product knowledge. My advice is to ask for Jamie or another team member to make a drink to suit your mood.
