Default Soccer Drills and Practice Plans

So you are into Soccer. You or your coach may be interested in the Soccer Drills and Practice Plans of Soccer Practice Books.

Each soccer practice book has 10 completely worked out practice plans with 80 drills, each following the sequence of warm-up, technical (skill) drill, fitness drill, tactical drill and scrimmage. There are instructions as to how you might want to sequence the practices based on your season and team need. Then each of the soccer drills for each of the practices is on its own page that fits on a clipboard and has room for notes. The point for having each drill on a separate page is a tool for you to be able to create your own practice sessions from the 50 drill pages (80 soccer drills) available. So if you wanted to run a practice involving more passing, use drills with passing themes.

If you wanted to sequence warm-up-technical-technical-tactical- scrimmage, put those together, etc. To help you, there is a summary page outlining the main focus of each of the soccer drills.
