It has been over 6 months and one of my sites has yet to be indexed. All of my other sites have been indexed within weeks. This one that has taken over 6 months has the most content of all of them, and everything is created by me. There are even a few links from some top sites ranked high for my keyword, as well as in some good directories. I'm really confused here, as I've never had one take this long. Nothing shady is going on, no black hat, etc. I'm thinking of having it professionally redesigned, adding new content features, etc., but I don't want to go through all that if there's some other problem that is being overlooked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

With any one site, there are 1001 possibilities of what can go wrong, or what you require to do right. You have to go through them one by one, and this requires time and effort. Based on your efforts on your soccer forum, you have to learn something about onpage and onsite seo first. Then links, then time, then carefully checking through all the different technical issues that can go wrong with a site.

i would say try adding your site to a few socialize networks like digg and deli.cio.us and so on also add a link in a few forum with a lot of google spidering i also have a firefox extension for snissa.com that creates an image of your webshot this usually get my sites indexed

| were you tracking the condition of your site month-to-month? If so, did you rank at all within those 6 months? Is your URL a brand new domain? What industry are you in? Did you push all the content out at the same time? Do you have a sitemap? etc, etc, etc |
