Food was very average - medium steak was cooked well done, and tough.

Service left everything to be desired - Not offered drinks when we arrived - I went up to the counter to order some in the end. Meals took close to an hour to arrive, staff didn't care. Tried to overcharge us for meals, and charge for things requested, but not delivered. Manager rude and not willing to help customers at all. Never eating there again - life is too short and there are too many average restaurants to bother wasting time at bad ones.

I didnt find this to be much of a family restaurant as they advertise. Grillers do however provide highchairs, but theres no room for them. I had to keep moving my baby from side to side to let people past us and I had to clean the chair myself from previous use. Food we found to be very average as they used to be excellent. The service was good - we constantly had waitresses checking that we were ok. Found the food to be a bit pricey and we ended up going else where for desert. Possibly could have been a better experience without the kids as there was nothing for them to do. We bought along our own colouring stuff to keep them occupied.
