The New York - Culinary Academy of New York can help you realize your dream of becoming a chef, caterer, hotel or restaurant manager. The best part? You can do it in just 9 months. All students are exposed to internships in some of New York’s finest hotels and restaurants.

At the Culinary Academy of New York/New York Culinary Institute, you will learn the hands-on skills you need in a modern 11,000 square foot facility. For total flexibility you can attend New York Culinary Schools programs during the day, night, or even weekends on selected courses. Make the move to get into a career you’ll really love.

Established in 1935 as The New York Institute of Dietetics, the school has been in operation continuously since that time. In 2005, the school was renamed the Culinary Academy of New York.

The Culinary Academy of New York has four operating commercial kitchens equipped for quantity cooking, catering, baking and food preparation, as well as a dining area with a 70 person seating capacity.

The New York - Culinary Academy of New York offers career programs in:
