An Invercargill institution. Stopped going for a while as the change in management wasn't so great but went back twice on a recent stint in Invercargill and had the best seafood chowder I have eaten in a very long time. Awesome! You need to open at at least 8am for breakfast! Bells cafe made at least $100 because they opened early for two large groups the day we looked for breakfast. Come on guys Invercargill is becoming an increasingly popular place with the Southern Scenic route and Stewart Island destinations on the map!
