Have now been there twice (2nd time not by choice), and heard similar feedback from friends - shocking service.
(Note we were there to scope out a potential wedding venue - definitely a NO).
Our first visit we didn't get served for about 20 mins, and when our order was taken, it was another 40 mins or so before our food came out. We never saw a smile, or even heard at least a semi-friendly tone from our young waitress. Orders came out wrong (2 out of 6), and coffee after took another 30 mins from finishing our meals, taking orders, to serving.
2nd visit was an improvement at least, due to our much friendlier waitress.
For such a nice looking restaurant from the outside, decor inside was very bland. I'd liken it to a couple of quick buffet chains...
Overall probably only worth a visit if it was your 'local'. I wouldn't bother making the trek out there otherwise.

I have never eaten at the restaurant but have been on a wine trail and enjoyed tasting the wine there. Liked the laid back atmosphere sunnning ourselves outside with a few bottles. Friends of ours went there for lunch and said that it was really nice.
