Conversation Between T2DMan and Garden21

My Review is based in a Sunday 17 Jan night dinner from 7.30pm and didnt' leave til 10pm. This is very slow for a Chinese restaurant.

Service - poor. Slow and they were running around but no food came out for 45mins afterordering. They said they were busy but the restaurant was emptying out by 8.30pm and we had only received one roast pork dish out of 6 dishes.
The waiter couldn't speak english very well and was more keen on negotiating a discount on the crayfish before seating us despite booking.

Food: Average to Poor, mostly because they ran out of squid and we did not receive the prawn dish despite trying to charge us for it. We ordered a crayfish and after showing us the specimen, they actually cooked up a different crayfish, a pack-horse crayfish which was not the one showed to us. We could tell the difference because one of us was a fisherman and dives for crayfish. Appalling.

On top of that, when it came to bill time, they were trying to connvince us they took 12.5% off the bill when clearly there was no such discount as they were same prices as the menu.
I took overseas visitors who were not impressed either.
I would not go back and happy to spread the word.
