The service really lets it down! The food is OUTSTANDING! Attitude of staff and general service is the worst I have ever had! Wouldn't go back now after giving them 3 chances to improve. Equally bad on busy and quiet nights.

I've been several times with large family groups. The service was friendly, quick and snappy. Food was excellent. Good atmosphere (i.e. not quiet!!).

Absolutely terrible service. Food took over an hour to arrive at our table and when we questioned how long it would be they said it was on its way but were obviously just cooking it as 2 tables that sat down at least half an hour after us were eating by then. They also got one order wrong and when this was questioned they were very rude about it but eventually offered to discount the meal and supply a round of drinks which we were later charged for! when we questioned this they denied ever offering the drinks and got very defensive about it clearly trying to use bully tactics to scare us out of complaining. I will never go back there and will be strongly recommending my friends not to go there either.
