Before Christmas, I had lunch at Tea Total and the meal was superb, quite possibly the best cafe meal I have had. It was mushrooms with a blue cheese sauce on toast, with fried tomatoes, but the description doesn't do it justice. It was more expensive than the usual cafe meal (about $10, from memory) but was certainly worth it.
