Just came back from terrible service and a terrible meal. Not only did we have to wait for 1 1/2 hrs for 2 meals, the pizza was not nice at all, honestly Pizza Hutt would have been much better. After complaining to the Manager he not only got angry with me, he asked the table next to us if they were happy - which they told him No! He got angry with them aswell. Two other couples had just left - one of them telling us as they walked out that "it was the worst Pizza that they had ever had" (they had told the lady when paying), the other couple had staff saying sorry to them as they were walking out the door. Definately do not recommend - and if you go and you are not happy - DON'T TELL THE MANAGER - NO GOOD - HE DOES NOT APPRECIATE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISIM. I didn't even tell him that the toilet lock was broken and the floor was wet (not sure what with???) . He told me if I was not happy not to come back - and I WON'T BE!!

So if you want excellent service, the best "woodfired" pizza and value for money go somewhere else! I took my partner there for lunch today and ordered a large pizza with "roasted peppers" and "italian pepperonia, tomatoes". This was by far the biggest joke for a pizza I have ever seen! It had no tomatoes about 5 small thinly sliced yellow capsicums on it, next to no cheese, sauce or pepperoni etc. The staff were sour faced, slamming plates down on tables it was a really unpleasant experience!
When asked how I enjoyed the pizza I was honest and said it was the worst pizza I have ever had! I was then abused by the waitress and chef who started laughing and said everyone loves there pizza no complaints for 2 years...... well judging by the previous comment umm not true........ Obviously no customer service or talent in that place! I will be telling as many people as possible what a waste of space this place is

Dined there tonight and ordered lasagna and pizza. After about twenty minutes we received our meals. I was greatly disappointed to see that they couldn’t even manage to create a basic pizza. The lasagna was even worse. I don’t know what the sauce contained but it had no taste and was runny and watery. It must have been frozen at some time. For the price you pay one would think they would make their own but this was very close to the ones that you buy in a supermarket and being served by heating it up. The service was terrible and the manager was not sober! (Breath smelled of alcohol and his words were slurry. When I tried to ask him questions about the final bill he didn’t understand what I was saying let alone trying to help. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! They will not see me again.
