Been there twice in the last month, both times good service; not exceptional but fine for where they are positioning themselves (they aren't trying to be White or Mikano etc). Food was what was described (nut off season I wouldn't recommend the risotto with the asparagus). View is what takes you there and the food and service are A4. Unlike Mission Bay you don't have a motor parade between you and the sea. Go expecting to relax and enjoy the scenery & you will probably come away happier
