All Valentine's restaurants, in my experience, no longer provide the fine selection of food as in the "Good Old Days", and the Napier Valentine's was no exception. However, we found the restaurant clean, quiet and pleasant. As we were not expecting a five star menu, we had a most enjoyable luncheon.
