Hi all. Well all I can say is I will never return. I used to enjoy their meals and found them value for money, but not any more. I went there this evening for a nice steak. The service was slow to start with and good grief when my meal arrived my medium well was burnt, the veges were literally swimming in gravy and the garlic butter was mixed up amongst the veges also swimming in gravy. I complained and they gave me a new plate of veges and turned the steak over, thinking I wouldnt look. After waiting 45 minutes by which time I was really hungry I managed to eat this very basic meal which I then paid $28.90 for. I tell you never again. And this was my second chance after a previously bad experience with garlic prawns.

My son and i went to have a meal at robbies new brighton. We walked in to recieve no smile, just given menu,s. The waitress's we had were friendly enough, despite being brought out another tables food, then the waitress putting down my food, knocked my water over me, she was very sorry about this, got me another drink and a cloth to dry myself and i had to wipe gown the table myself! And it was left on the table, not very professional! I orderd the hoki and chips, three pieces of pre-frozen subsitute fish came out. I complained to the waitress, and she got the duty manager, who was deffensive and keeped arguing with me, i was offered nothing to compensate for this, so i replied "I will not pay full price for this". When i went to pay the duty manager she got even more deffensive, this is very unacceptable behaviour to deal with a complaint, i will not return and i will make sure other people with hear about this poor service.
