I don't think it's asking too much to expect the wait-staff to be familiar with the things on their menu. And if the staff are new and/or inexperienced, a badge stating such would let the patrons know that things may take some time. (Our two waitresses wore no such badges, and I find it hard to believe they were both so new they didn't know anything. They were however, equally as useless as each other).

Being unable to distinguish the difference between Corona and Chardonnay is pretty poor. And despite a pen and paper, being unable to remember that there were five drinks ordered, not four, also poor.

Handing menus to the patrons, and then when the patrons ask what the all you can eat buffet is about, saying 'Yes, you go up there' waving vaguely, and then walking off, is not in the least helpful. Explaining that patrons may pick either from the menu, or use the buffet, would be more helpful. And as wait staff, the least we could have expected from you.

In summary, the service absolutely sucked. The food was the usual, slightly sub-standard fare that Pizza Hut continues to produce. Bland, stodgy bases and meagre toppings. I can think of two good things to say. Firstly, our English guests (who had chosen the restaurant) at least found familiar items on the menu. Secondly, the pizza was hot.
