Hi I'm a valued subway customer and I am not happy at all with the new lynn subway. I have visited them on numerous occasions to buy food and I am not all happy with any of the times I have been there.

I dont know if this is the place to be complaining but someone need to know about the new lynn subway.

There are many reasons why Subway New Lynn is such a disgrace.

The first complaint is their customer service. I waited in line for about 10 minutes whilst the lady (worker) served 2 people in front of me. EVEN though she had help with her. What really made me angry was how slow she was moving to 'hurry up' and make the sandwiches. She drives you crazy with how slow she is just going. It was like she didnt care about the valued customers of subway. That needs to change.

Another complaint is about the sandwich formula. They are so stingy with the vegetables! There is meant to be 3 tomatoes 3 cucumbers 3 pickles 3 capsicum pieces etc etc.. on a six inch sub. Instead i get 2 of each. And on a footlong i get 5 of each????! You do the math there.

My final complaint (for now...) I bought 6 cookies on the 16th of April 2011 around 20 45 hrs. 2 choc chip, 2 white choc macadania, and 2 double choc. They ALL tasted really 'clean'. Like literally, they tasted like sanitiser, or if anything but what cookies should taste like. That was the last straw, I am never going back to the New Lynn Subway ever again even if it was the last place left with food!

I dont know where this will be going or who will read this but i hope one thing. That that someone that does read this, is the person that can do something about this PROBLEM in new lynn.
