I rang a telephone order through and was greeted well, the person understood the order and told me a time it would be ready. On order - 1 Rogan Josh, 1 order of veggie samosa's, 3 x garlic na'an bread

I arrived on time, the order was ready, excellent, first impressions the place is very clean, with a healthy amount of people in having dinner, this is always a good sign.

I was very surprised at how expensive it was $32.99 - wow!

Nevertheless i drove the 5mins back to my house and was greeted with veggie samosa's, 2 of them in a hamburger carton, on a bed of boiled cabbage with a small dipping bowl of sauce. the samosa's were nice, but small. The garlic na'an bread was - well it was shocking, soggy and poorly cooked, very easy to break in places thanks to the almost doughy consistency and very disappointing.
The Rogan Josh, with steamed rice, the Rogan Josh was asked for as medium hot, it was barely mild. contained 6 pieces of very poor quality meat. I'm not even sure it was lamb. the curry was very poor, not aromatic and not at all appealing.

Thoroughly dissappointing effort - Pankawalla - you could learn a lot from the people at shahi cafe/restaurant in Aucklands North Shore.
