I have been here a few times over the years and I must say it does damn good duck! You need to order min 1 hour in advance, booking is essential. If you are chinese, use an unusual surname to reserve your table! I have seen many a diner with no reservation quickly scan the reservation list and point to a name in the right time slot and steal someone elses booking! The duck is a must here along with a good wine! Recommend a min of 3 peeps to enjoy the duck! A skilled chef will entertain you and cut n serve the duck on a platter which you then eat with a small pancake you baste with a plum sauce and pack with cucumber sticks (similar cut to carrot sticks). The bird is stripped to the cage which chef takes away to cook a soup for you to finish the course with! The dish can be considered quite oily but experiencing the dish once in a blue moon can't hurt!
