Hi there

Just want to let VIP Curries in Papatoetoe know that how annoyed I was after opening the dish I ordered. We ordered Butter Chicken which I hate but my wife loves it, so she buys me Beef Vindori.

Upon opening my dish (Beef) I found only 4 small pieces of beef in my serve... not on. And paying $12 odd dollars. I wanted to come and throw the beef on the cooks face. The person will clearly remember us as we were the last customers on that night Thurs 1st. If they ran out of Beef they should have let us know.

We normally bought food from VIP once a week spending around $30 odd dollars on every visit. We live in Papatoetoe and out relatives as well comes down to VIP curries around 50 of them. And surely I will let each and eveyone know what I experienced on Thursday night.

I am dead serious that VIP have lost us as a customer and surely upon telling others in the family, they might follow us.

I know this nice restaurant in ROSELLA in Mangree not far from VIP. And will recommend everyone there now.

So Yeah I am not a happy cutomer. And if someone can pass on this e-mail or message to the management of VIP curries.

You said you used to go there all the time and you have had one bad experience i dont think that should give it a bad rating. You also said you have heaps of friends that go there all the time, so obviously you know a lot of other people that are very happy with what they have been getting. One bad experience - get over it!

We go there all the time and if you are after the best butter chicken ever then this is the place to go. They also have really decent servings - one meal for $12 is enough for both my husband and myself.

I think they are doing a really good job and there food has always been superb.

Upon my experiences dining at VIP Curries, I've got to say that it was the first time I've had the best butter chicken dish! I've taken my friends and families there who are now regular customers. We've never had any problems so far.
