i dined at iguacu 2 weeks ago my guest and i were greeted by a manager who sat us down promptly and we were given the menu when we asked the waiter bart what he recommeneded he said all the food was lovely. I was in a seafood mood so i had the crispy salt and pepper calamari which was delishious my guest had the bbq scallops which were presented in a way that we thought we were in a french fine dining restraurant. we asked the waiter to choose a bottle of wine that would go with or mains which we both had the fish of the day which looked and tasted like the chefs put time effort and passion in to. which is great to see when our waiter asked us if we would like to try the dessert of the day which was passionfruit and coconut pannacotta served with fresh fruit with a passionfruit mascarpone cheese and berry coulis we got 1 to share it was absolutly supperb i was surprised when our waiter told us that it was the junier chef that came up with the idea and made it all that day he will be a big name chef 1 day if he keeps creating ideas like that cudos to iguacu great food great atmosphere but most of all fantastic service from bart our waiter
