I've been a regular here for a while, but after the way they handled a bad lunch I don't think I'll go back... pity, the food and service was usually pretty good. Just not good enough to make up for the rude treatment I got over something they could have fixed easily... I eventually got a refund, but it was unnecessarily hard to get. Handling of complaints: 2/5 Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 |
