 dissatisfied first customer
I went to Santos for the first time today (14/6/06) and was completely dissapointed. The number one reason was the staff member. Absolutely rude and arrogant, he was one of those people that just shouldn't be anywhere near a customer. Keep him out the back or better still get rid of him. Never going back........and telling alot of people about it. |
