Awful the worst food I have eaten in Queenstown in a very very long time.
I ordered the Caesar salad, it came coated in pepper stuff or dried herbs and the poached egg on top was sooo cold my teeth felt it. The bacon was hard and flavourless and the 'house smoked chicken' was dreadful tasted burnt and over powering. The caesar dressing was no existant which was sad. It seemed every dish coming out of the kitchen (apart from the pizzas) was coated in the peppery stuff, I felt the chef had no faith in his food if he had to cover everything in the stuff. It was a major disappointment for the prices that we paid. I will not eat there again and wouldn't suggest it even to someone I don't like. Ohh and wines available by the glass is limited and expensive.
Yes I know that it is a popular after work hangout and I have heard that the roast dinners are great maybe give those a go.

I beg to differ on the caesar salad thing above! I have been to Brazz on the Green several times in the past few years and find each time to be a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the food is always great, especially the steaks and salads. Never once have I recieved dried herbs on my salad...cracked pepper on the other hand...very good. I do suggest anyone interested in having a great meal and fine glass of vino head down to Brazz.
P.S A salad around $14 is nothing to complain about...this is queenstown!

My friends and I were recently at Brazz for a birthday party(it was suggested to us by a friend who had been there before). We ate pizza's, steaks and a few had salads...ohhh and the ribs. My boyfriend had ribs and oh my god were they goooood!!! Food and service was great. Cocktails were very good as well. I highly recommend this place. Its unfortunate we dont live in town to enjoy it more often.

Default Feel the fun ;)

Nothing like a little negative comment to stir the masses. Great to hear some positive feedback about Brazz.

Businesses are entitled to get things wrong every so often, just as we should be entitled to complain. But thats not to say that the businesses always get it wrong.

Sounds like many enjoy the food, service and friendships they make while at Brazz.

Go for it.

Default nasty help

I had the misfortune of asking for directions at this establishment. Had I a good experience I would have brought back my party for lunch as a thank-you. However, I met with a blond women who was the most rude and surly person I have met in NZ - especially in a place that is supposed to be helpful to people in a town that wants to attact people to spend money there. She wouldn't give me her name, wouldn't admit to being the manager (even though she worked in the office ) and would not get the manager to help resolve the issue. The place I was looking for was right across the street, but being new to town I was having a hard time seeing the small sign. She sent me on a wild goose chase & when I came back to ask again and get a phonebook to check the address, thinking I may have misheard - she attacked me - how dare I disturb her to ask for directions! I'm sure the staff will back her story as she is the type of woman who will make a person's life a living hell if you go against her. I was so shocked. I expect this from an american but not a kiwi.
