F&F is a good "pub". Food is consistently good & the staff bright & friendly, service minded and try really hard to be professional. The menu is varied and interesting for pub food. 14 year old son thinks the waitresses are "hot" as they make him feel comfortable when he comes looking for his parents so he can be fed. He likes their steak & their fish and chips, plus he thinks the burgers are awesome. Sunday nites if you have one of their loyalty cards, is 1 meal free. Great value. They are about to introduce a Stone Grill menu. Looking foward to that. The wine list has a good range of NZ wines, some by the glass. We have discovered some pearlers from the F&F wine list. ie Monkey Bay Chardonnay and Rose are great quaffers. The Charddy is very drinkable as its not too oaky, and the Rose very smooth.
