Service and View were wonderful. Meal was less than I would of expected from this place. Just seemed Bland and just didn't have that wow factor for me. Ordinary meal really

In Rotorua for two weeks, and we have had quite a lot of rain. Finally the skys cleared and we decided it would be a great day for taking a ride on the Gondola, Luge and having a meal.

Wow, what an amazing view. The blue sky, the blue lake, could even see the cloudy patches in the lake where the sulphur changes it.

We were a little late for the buffet lunch so we enjoyed the cafe. The cafe was well laid out with a great variety of reasonably priced food. Pizzas, fried foods, sandwich bar, ... Couple of plates of wedges for the kids, hotdog, great latte coffee, a local beer, and drinks for the kids.

We seated ourselves outside with the view and the wasps. Hmmm. Wasp season at the moment, and they didnt have any fly spray to help us out.

But apart from that, was a wonderful time.

Couldn't get enough of the luge. Three rides each for the family and they wanted more. Heaps of fun including having a great ride back up on a chairlift. The look on my two year olds face. Diane went doubles with her and she had the time of her life.
