You can start off with determining what the search phrases are that people will be looking for, and that get traffic, and that are not too competitive.

Then make sure that the homepage has the phrases in the page title, AND in the page content.

I note that the homepage does not include the first three words of the title "Hire Virtual Assistant" - those words should be exactly used in the opening paragraph = or some other phrase that is searched for more frequently...
