Page Name Length, How long is too long

Hi

I would like to know if there is a page name length that we should not go over

like : this_page_name_is_very_long_or_is_it.htm

how much is too much

I like putting my keywords/phrases as the page name.

But is it too long ?

I found an interesting quote from Matt Cutts with some pub con site reviews that he did:

, which looks kinda cruddy. Instead of using the first 14-15 words of the description, the panel recommended truncating the keywords in the url to ~4-5 words.

That is exactly the advice that I give, and how I setup vBulletin url's for vBSEO.
