A question I have asked on the LV forum, the only answer being that I need to figure it out myself.
http://forum.link-vault.com/ftopic427.html Quote:
Given the current number of members of the LV at the moment, what is the max number of links that can be added per domain per day. What is the theoretical max number of external links that the LV would add per day per whole account.
I have quite a few urls per domain that I am obtaining links for. While I do not have the 20 per day for each of them, I have still got to the point of having less than the x links per day added.
I realise that there are lots of constraints in the system - 5 inbounds per url from each external domain, max 20 links of your site per external domain ...
I hit a limit at 170 ish per day for a domain in the last week - was a pain when the url's that I REALLY wanted links for got few of the 20 that I wanted.
The other links have not seemed to have the problem when there are only a few per domain. I don't think I have hit a limit per account yet.
If I can have a max number, then I can take the holds off a few more and not have to trial and experiment to find out the real figure.
Thanks

Stats based on one domain of a number on my account, and many links coming in to that domain.
Restrictions - no language restriction
- interlinking not allowed with the sites on my account
- many other links on the same account
As at 23/5/05 11:17pm
- links 2848
- vaultage applied 5093
- url's 14
- 135 total links per day requested for those 14
As at 24/5/05 10:55pm
- links 2987 (extra 139)
- vaultage applied 5277 (184 extra)
- url's 14
- gained 139 when asked for 135. Hmmm? Can't complain.
- I'll do no changes and check to see what I receive after another day
- average PR received just over PR1 from each link received.
Deleted a few that were botchups by the LV that have since been corrected.
As at 2/6/05
- links 3277
- vaultage 4853
- asking for 132 links for next update
As at 2/6/05
- links 3409 - extra 132 links, yippee
- vaultage 5407 - extra 554 vaultage - average just over a PR2 per link. I personally have just delayed two reciprocal links requests whose links pages were not even cached, let alone had PR. So the LV system is certainly far better than those links!
