Remember the Google site map program that you used? It was done very poorly, and included many url's with session id's in them. It may have come from there? But that would have had to have been found from somewhere as well - could have been in how the program made the url's?
I would do a search in the templates for sessionurl, and make sure that each is properly formed in the templates. But as I mentioned, for the session id's to be shown at all, they must have ?$session[sessionurl] in them and its not to easy for that to be misformed.
Spidering of your forum
Have a look at the cache of your pages. You have the metadescription and meta keywords twice. You need to delete the meta's from the headinclude template per the bottom of
/seo-vbulletin/search-engine-optimize-vbulletin-98.html#post98 Google Site Map
Then use my
vBulletin Google site map - I have just written a new version that allows for sites that have over 50k url's and has a better interface.
