awesome food, can't beat the kumara wedges with garlic dipping sauce or the chicken, camembert and avo burger!

Yeah the food is really good, burgers are massive and the ingredients are always fresh etc. But the service?! I got crap service recently, you know, I hardly ever complain but I have to vent! I rang up for a phone order and then went in around the time they said it'd be ready. Firstly, the girl behind the counter completely ignores me. When I do manage to get her attention and tell her the order name she charges me a different amount and says it'll be ready in 15 minutes. After telling her about my existing order she asks other employees then asks if i got the right store. After much confusion I finally get my order. I have to ask twice for the price difference since I was overcharged. If they had perhaps apologised it would be cool but they don't seem to care how they treat their customers which is a real shame.
