Our party, six in number, decided to lunch at your Taradale Branch, having been there several times previously. We were told that there woud be a 35 minute wait before we could order. We were prepared to accept this. One of the party asked the staff member if she could have a coffe while waiting. The staff member rudely replied "NO". The customer then asked if a carafe of water could be obtained.The reply was "NO I DON'T THINK SO".

I suggest that the staff member involved needs further training. Her rude and uncaring attitude prevented your company from obtaining a minimum of $110 in takings on that occasion. We went elsewhere.

My wife and I have used your restaurant on many prior occasions,and have found the person in question, to be abrupt, rude, and at times, hostile.

My partner and I have dined at the Horse and Harvest for a number of years now. Every time I think of eating there it just makes my mouth water. The chef there, she is brilliant. From once being a "well done" steak man to now a "medium rare" scotch fillet in garlic butter, with baby vegetables in a white sauce and a baked potato. Before our steak though, we had to have our shrimp cocktail.
I have never found nothing but complete professional service, in and out, of the kitchen. I took a mate there once, and he swears by it now.
