Hi Im new here so I have question. How come that when I went to see a review of The Funky Lizard it showed that 3 persons had rated it awful but without any comments???? That should not be possible! That is not fair for anybody! Last edited by Klaus; 27th Jul 11 at 12:01 AM. Reason: Spelling |

While they have not added comments, their username is showing against the ratings, so not totally anonymous.

Yes, true. I can see the ip address of where they are posting from, so as to make sure its not foreigners that have posted, and I can also see the email address. So there is a little bit of accountability, as much as it is. I had the option of not showing the username...

we are the owners of the funky lizard and think that not to post who reviews the restaurant is very unfair as it could even be our opposition so conseqently put no substance in these reviews,if people do not post their comments how do you expect us to rectify any problems

If you consider that you are doing a great job, then encourage some of your patrons to add some positive reviews. Helps balance things out.
