 The Brigham (ex Heavenly Gardens & Surreal Cafe)
Wow!!! What a transformation with NEW management and new name: THE BRIGHAM. The new owners, Joe & Raewyn have certainly done a great job in cleaning up the previously run down joint (see my previous reports). Even the cat looks healthier! Some of our group visited there two weeks ago to 'check it out'. We can now give it a 100% 'thumbs up' approval. Talk about service, they made sure you were welcomed and they looked after you. The food was good and at a reasonable price. (I hear they have a special, 'Four Chocolate Lovers' which I have yet to try.) My group, The Mainland Connection, used to socialise at Pleasant Valley Wines Cafe, but that has now closed. We will now be attending THE BRIGHAM on the first Sunday each month. What a find!
