I will never ever go to this food place again - the service was terrible, no order whatsoever between when you make your order and when you pay. By the time they had gotten my meal, the people I was with had gotten theirs and practically finished - they were SO slow. All the people around me had also been waiting for ages and one lady said they also charge people wrong a lot of the time. I was so angry that it took so long to make a simple burger, and they were also stuffing up other people's orders. The burger was actually quite nice, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere where the service is terrible and which has incredibly long waiting times.

I ordered 3 simple bacon sandwiches to go, which took forever to make at a very quiet time of the day. 2 of the 3 bacon sandwiches were covered in sauces that I did not ask for and definitely did not want. When I called to complain the lady hang up on me. I do not recommend BBQ Sizzlers to anyone.
