We went for a relaxing lunch Easter weekend - just for a meal away from home. Handily located and a pleasant 10 minute walk away.

He ordered Steak Sandwhich with Garlic Mayo. The bread looked like thin slices of 1/2 a pannini (untoasted) it had a good dollop of chutney and ate it all. While he said the steak was a little thin for his liking, he ate the lot. It came with a side of fries.

I ordered the salmon and caper pizza pie. It came in 6 slices and I could only manage 3 and Not because of sizing. The base was so thick you could barely taste the salmon and caper. Unfortunately the cheese, although a decent coverage compared to some, appeared to have a 'film' on top, as if ready made cheese slices had been used.

I'd go again, but only for a coffee. What was supposed to be a pleasant holiday weekend lunch was a real disappointment.

But then, maybe i'm just a picky female and maybe males will eat anything if hungry!
